Masia: "Castle Grabuac" Suriol estate owned by the family since 1864, farmers from the seventeenth century.
Vineyards: Vineyards cultivated in Mediterranean winemaking since 1174 (first historical quote).
Vineyards certified organic since 1996.

Varieties: Tempranillo, Monastrell, Grenache and Carignan.

Soil: calcareous clay with calcium rocks at depth.
Relief: Between 250 and 320 m with an average gradient of 5%.
Yield: 6.000Kg / Ha.

Harvest: Winter cold, very wet spring, hot summer and rainy in September and strong thermal contrast.
Wine cellar:Crop varieties morning, spontaneous fermentation and maceration of 5 days. Wild pressing and malolactic fermentation vats buried. Aging: 8 months on the lees of wine (lies) in underground tanks.
Filling: 29 July 2014.

Aging: The wine will improve in the bottle for four years.
Production: 30,570 bottles.

Service temp: 12-14ºC profile wine: young, smooth and cool to casual consumption.
Ideal to take a drink and good company. The nose is intense with hints of fruit while the mouth is greedy
and very light end and nothing pretentious.
